Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the medical office - Verify patient information and update records as necessary - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries - Collect patient payments and process insurance claims - Maintain confidentiality of patient information - Assist with medical administrative tasks as needed Requirements:
