If so, Keystone Human Services has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Administrative Services Manager.
This position is based out of Hummelstown, PA.
Partnering with other areas of HR, Payroll, Information Systems, Finance and other areas of the organization, the HR Administrative Services Manager establishes effective processes to implement changes, resulting in continuous improvement in quality and efficiency, while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure accurate, timely and confidential support for the creation of new employee personnel files; tracking bi-annual employee physical examinations and annual background clearances; new hire onboarding including I-9 and E-Verify compliance; annual licensing for all service lines; ongoing employee file maintenance and vendor invoice processing.
Identify and implement new processes and/or streamline existing processes to reduce administrative tasks.
Make recommendations for task elimination, automation, enhanced use of technology and outsourcing that will result in continuous improvement within the HR Department.
Supervises HR Admin Services staff in the performance of their responsibilities, including, training, coaching and providing feedback.
Serve as company administrator for I-9/E-Verify compliance.
Provide employment verifications for federal loan forgiveness applications.
REQUIREMENTS Minimum requirement of 5 years of administrative experience effectively executing HR or Compliance related processes and practices adhering to required laws and regulations, while working with process standardization and streamlining.
Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Prior supervisory experience is required.
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to be able to read, interpret and apply written information.
Computer proficiency in MS Office; prior experience with an HRIS preferred.
Ability to pass required background checks and clearances.
Daily commute to work site, as well as attend off site meetings as required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
